Backstory

 

I worked in the nonprofit sector in church leadership for about a decade. One of my favorite parts of this role was working alongside organizations and church leaders to help resource them; I've always been interested in connecting organizations to resources to help them tell their stories and carry out their missions. A concern I saw over and over again was there were resources out there for nonprofits and churches but organizations didn't know they existed.

 

Fast forward a few years, and I had already been dabbling in Google certifications and helping organizations connect to cloud-based resources. I found out Google offers amazing resources (especially for non-profits -- like thousands of dollars in the form of free advertising each month!). I saw this as an opportunity to help nonprofits and churches with their marketing needs and help connect them with people interested in what they're doing. This was a natural fit: it combined my love of tech with my passion for connecting organizations to resources so they could extend their digital platforms.
